Level lll Throws ClinicOct 22 1998Vancouver Island Regional Athletic Centre is hosting a Level 3 Distance and Level 3 Throws technicals over the weekends of November 14 and 21 in Nanaimo. Any coaches interested in taking part in either of these extremely rare technical courses contact Allen Johnston at ajohnsto@nanaimo.ark.com immediately. Glen Di Georgio will be doing this course. They will also have Istvan Balyi in for a session on Stretching, Dr. Pat Neary will handle the physio. and they hope to have a mental prep expert in for that section as well. The program will be 31-34 hrs and will run over both weekends. The weekend of the 21st may run just Sat. & Sunday. No promises there though. It will be staged at the Nanaimo Track club .
