THROWING NEWSCanthrow Issues T-shirt Design to Support the Victims of the US Terrorist Attacks 
A group of Canadian Throwers are proud to have found a way to contribute to the relief efforts in New York City. The Canthrow web site will be offering a special t-shirt design called "American Throws". For each tshirt of this design sold, the Canthrow Web Site will be donating $10 Canadian to the relief for the victims of the September 11th terrorist attacks.
"When we were first approached about the idea I was glad to have the opportunity to help out in some small way" said Larry Steinke, Canthrow Webmaster and Head Coach of the University of Lethbridge and Chinook Track and Field Clubs. "The world feels like a very small place when you are involved in the Track and Field Community and although this is only a small gesture, together I think we can make a difference." The goal of the group is to raise $5,000 which means that only 500 t-shirt sales are needed. The t-shirt is available through the Canthrow Online Store or you can email Chinook Track and Field.
