Big Throw for JD Athlete

July 21 1998

At the recent Junior Development Championships in Chiliwack BC., Kristen Johnston, a 14 yr old Junior Development athlete from the Nanaimo District Track and Field Club delivered a 3kg hammer out to a 50.30m mark. Kristen, like a number of other female BC throwers, are helping to rewrite the record books within the province and country.

Congratulations go out to Kristen from the Canadian Throwing community.
