Comments: i'm in 11th grade, i've been throwing since i was in 9th grade. in 9th grade, my best throw was 35'10" in shot, and i can't remember my disc. but since then i've gone up to about 41 in the shot, but since the beginning of the year, my throws have steadily decreased. My discus throws have been about 125, but my disc throws have been decreasing also. i don't know if its my form, or its a mental thing. please help.
i would also like to know if its problem with my technique, and if so, would you recommend the spin (shot) or glide?
p.s. - are there any throwing camps that you know of in new york?

Comments:hey very good sites it gave some good tips for my shot put throwing. It would be even better if u placed all the records for elementary school records for track and field shotput and softball throw.
Also Iam 12 years old but in gr.7 cuz i have a late b-day but im with the 11 and under people at the track meet so I play against younger people , and I'am the biggest kid in my class out of gr.7 and 8, Iam 5'8 130 pounds and i'am very buff, cuz i work out alot, and the record for shotput in my age group is 13.23m yet i can throw 14.27 which is the highest ive thrown, and i have also been training with the heaviest shotput and i still threw 14.27m and when i go to the real track and field thing i have to throw with a 2k shotput so I'am set to crash threw the record by like 4 metres.
