Comments: i'm in 11th grade, i've been throwing since i was in 9th grade. in 9th grade, my best throw was 35'10" in shot, and i can't remember my disc. but since then i've gone up to about 41 in the shot, but since the beginning of the year, my throws have steadily decreased. My discus throws have been about 125, but my disc throws have been decreasing also. i don't know if its my form, or its a mental thing. please help.
i would also like to know if its problem with my technique, and if so, would you recommend the spin (shot) or glide?
p.s. - are there any throwing camps that you know of in new york?

Sorry, but another thing, Is it hard to throw your freshman year of high school because someone said...even if you are extremely good at your Jr. High level, Compared to the high schoolers, you don't stand a chance, literally.
