After Squat Hurdle Jumps alla Gunthor                  
He jumps over 5-10 sets of high hurdles and then                  
continue up big stairs, feet together. Pendulum is a                  
heavy shot at the end of a rope, push and catch                  
Note:                  
Block means no rotation of left and right leg after delivery (ala Snyder)                  
Wednesday                  
There are 6 exercises, they are grouped in 3 groups of 2 (clean+front)&(clean+overhead)&(clean,push+medball)                  
3 sets of each group are done before the next group is executed                  
Friday:                  
The pendulum is a shot at the end of a rope hanging from a high roof, the shot is shoulder height, it is                  
pushed as normal and then when it swings back the athlete must stop it in reverse throw order and                  
then immediately throw it again repeating the action.
